Too good to be true.. Literally
Very disappointed in the lack of notification and customer service I have received on my first booking with Kiwi. I paid for baggage, yet was not alerted that baggage could not be paid for online for American Airlines domestic flights until the next day, when my card had already been charged by Kiwi who knew of the error and inconvenience this would cause. I now have to pay for my baggage at the airport upfront (which I have already paid for online via Kiwi) and have been offered to be reimbursed "potentially, after investigation and submission of baggage receipts". I spent an hour on the phone talking to 3 different people, the second a female by whom I was interrupted constantly. I really wanted to like Kiwi - as it seemed very simple and user friendly - but after this experience I am really left with a bad taste in my mouth. Find another booking agent (i.e. Student Universe) and youll save yourself a lot of headache.
