Very shady website. To keep their price competitive they give you good offers but little you know, when at the airport youll find bad surprises. I was barged $65 to check-in my baggage on an international flight and they only checked it till london. Once in london ill have to pick up he baggage, check-in again and pay another time for a total of $130. ridiculous and completely unfair as a practice. Make sure you use Kiwi or any other flight aggregator but this one. again, terrible.

....then be prepared to do some extra work. In my view its worth it. Costed way less to buy tickets + check baggage + get travel insurance than it was with any other flight aggregator. More user friendly than skyscanner/google flights. In all, you get what you pay for. Cheap tickets=cheap service. Also they warn you every step of the way to check the actual airlines policies and at what stops youll need to recheck baggage. So my advice is get travel insurance (not the garbage policy they offer) and read the airline policies.

I wanted to use this app just to manage my booking, and it forces me to sign up for a kiwi account in order to do so. Thats not the case with the website.

Customer service is garbage...they overcharge for every little thing. You can book your own flights individually and save money. Save yourself hours of frustration and possibly hundreds of dollars avoid this crap like the plague
